Mail Order Natives ships all plants through UPS (United Parcel Service). When plants are shipped, the customer will be sent a tracking number through his/her email as notification. We take great care in packaging plants so that they arrive in perfect condition. However, should a plant be damaged en route, the customer should contact us immediately, so we can remedy the situation. All plants are guaranteed to be healthy and true to name upon shipment. We DO NOT guarantee plants after they have been planted for several months, because we have no control over an individual's gardening practices or climate. WE ship 12 months a year, but we recommend that plants be shipped October through March, during their dormant season. Plants are shipped bareroot, semi-bareroot, or in small pots. Most of the time, plants have no leaves at shipment, because they are dormant. Roots are examined before shipping to guarantee a healthy plant. If you are planting in the south (TN or farther south) you should probably plant in the fall. If you are in the northern portion of the country, spring planting is usually best.
