The good and the bad. The plants were shipped promptly, and, with one important exception, we're packed well. However, the box should have been marked "This end up" and there should have been a divider inside the box to prevent the plants from sliding inside the box WHEN IT WAS TURNED UPSIDE DOWN.
Doing this would have prevented my plants for being damaged. Instead one plant was broken off at the base and the other had lower branches that were broken.
They did respond promptly and offered to ship a replacement.
I would not buy again until I could be certain that the packaging had improved.
