Halesia diptera magniflora Big Flowered Silverbell

Bought about 12 years ago, arrived in great shape. Grew well but didn't bloom. Found a book that says it blooms at about 10 years. Let me tell you, it was well worth the wait! Started blooming in 2019, increased blooms in 2020. This year it is absolutely covered in blooms. My advice - get one as soon as they're back in stock.

Plants received in good condition, root ball well formed and moist.

I ordered 4 trees this fall, of the four ordered this was the largest - all were healthy and I look forward to seeing the white blooms next spring! Fingers crossed!

I ordered a native silverbell tree to add to my pond area and wasn't sure what to expect, but the young tree arrived promptly, well packaged and damage free. This one has a good root start and beautiful leaves. I can't wait to see how it performs in the landscape. I will definitely be ordering more natives from this site in the Spring when more becomes available. (I may even order another silverbell before they're gone, as well!)

My plant arrived in excellent condition, and given it size, quality, and vigor is an absolute steal for the price. This is a stunning selection of an otherwise too obscure native species.

Good, healthy looking plant.

Our plants arrived in great shape and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the plants were considerably larger than I expected. The box was a little beat up when it arrived which had me worried but the contents were undamaged and in fine shape! Given this experience and the fact that they offer many unique and otherwise hard to find plants, I would and I will happily order from Mail Order Natives again.
