Great condition
I had previously ordered these earlier in the season. The plants were in neither good nor bad condition. My late-season order looked fantastic, they were in great condition. I promise to leave some for others next year!! :)

Plants in OK Condition
The plants were in OK condition. There was substantial browning of leaves. It was clear the shipping had done a number on them, possibly declining before shipment. Either way, all got in the ground quickly and 3 of 5 still have some green leaves after being in the ground for a couple of weeks. I think all will be fine this time next year.

Sturdy, healthy, little tree
I was so excited to see the dwarf chinquapin oak back in stock and jumped at the chance to purchase. The tree that arrived was sturdy, healthy, and well packaged. I would definitely buy from Mail Order Natives again!

The Plants Were in Great Condition
The saplings arrived quickly and were well packaged. There were no broken branches or stems. The root systems were very healthy for their size and the planting medium was moist. The saplings themselves were in great condition, the buds were turgid and firm.

Healthy Trees
This species is only available from two online resources (that I've found) and I was pleasantly surprised by how healthy and vigorous your trees were. The other nursery is a large commercial grower in the midwest and, although the pot-size is a little smaller on your plants, the plants themselves appear much healthier.

Carya ovata Shagbark Hickory, Ptelea trifoliata Hoptree, Quercus prinoides Dwarf Chinquapin Oak
I bought 3 different types of trees - 1 Hickory, 2 Oaks, and 2 Hoptrees. They arrived quickly - in excellent condition, very good size with healthy stems and green leaves, and carefully packed in containers with moist soil on the roots. All have been in the ground for a while now and all are growing well. I will definitely order more next year. Thank you!
