Quercus prinoides Dwarf Chinquapin Oak

I was so excited to see the dwarf chinquapin oak back in stock and jumped at the chance to purchase. The tree that arrived was sturdy, healthy, and well packaged. I would definitely buy from Mail Order Natives again!

The saplings arrived quickly and were well packaged. There were no broken branches or stems. The root systems were very healthy for their size and the planting medium was moist. The saplings themselves were in great condition, the buds were turgid and firm.

This species is only available from two online resources (that I've found) and I was pleasantly surprised by how healthy and vigorous your trees were. The other nursery is a large commercial grower in the midwest and, although the pot-size is a little smaller on your plants, the plants themselves appear much healthier.

I bought 3 different types of trees - 1 Hickory, 2 Oaks, and 2 Hoptrees. They arrived quickly - in excellent condition, very good size with healthy stems and green leaves, and carefully packed in containers with moist soil on the roots.
