    Healthy Trees

Posted by Anthony Marinello on Apr 12th 2022

This species is only available from two online resources (that I've found) and I was pleasantly surprised by how healthy and vigorous your trees were. The other nursery is a large commercial grower in the midwest and, although the pot-size is a little smaller on your plants, the plants themselves appear much healthier.

Carya ovata Shagbark Hickory, Ptelea trifoliata Hoptree, Quercus prinoides Dwarf Chinquapin Oak

I bought 3 different types of trees - 1 Hickory, 2 Oaks, and 2 Hoptrees. They arrived quickly - in excellent condition, very good size with healthy stems and green leaves, and carefully packed in containers with moist soil on the roots. All have been in the ground for a while now and all are growing well. I will definitely order more next year. Thank you!

Wow, the seedlings are awesome - bigger and fuller than expected, arrived in great health...I've planted them in my wildlife viewing area and they are doing great! These were a super value and I'm likely to buy some more for another area. Highly recommend Mail Order Natives!

Mail Order Natives is a nursey I'll be ordering from again. I don't think I've ever received a mail order plant that was so carefully packed and in such good condition. And it was mailed to me when I needed it mailed. Altogether a great mail order resource for natives!. Thank you!

4 plants were dormant when they arrived. I was skeptical about 2 of them. Now that theyve established all 4 have leaves. Packing from this nursery is better than any other I have ordered from andl the plants were larger than other nurserys I've ordered from. Definite 5 star nursery for me!
