Very healthy
My Hercules club did not come back to life last spring, so I've been wanting more. I ordered two and immediately got eggs from the giant swallowtail. This may sound strange, but we seem to have a lot of parasites this spring because of our warm winter, so I'm a little more protective of my caterpillars. Since the Hercules clubs are small enough to move around I actually brought them and their eggs inside a screened enclosure to try to keep them safe. Of course, that meant I needed to order more since the butterflies seem to prefer these over the citrus trees I have. It's sort of endless, but I do enjoy them so it's worth it. These trees arrived in great condition and extremely healthy. The butterflies must have noticed that, too.
